MAVA was an engaged donor, able to deliver
thanks to the dedication of our Board and team.

Our Board’s main role was to set the mission and the strategy of the foundation, to oversee its effective implementation and ensure the foundation conducted its operations and managed its finances in accordance with best practice.

The team was based in Gland, Switzerland, with a regional office in Dakar, Senegal. We were in charge of implementing the foundation’s strategy and supporting our partners.
