Launch of a new Leadership programme #NatureLeaders

Following the success of the MAVA Leaders for Nature Academy, MAVA is launching a new leadership development programme focused on the needs of nature conservation’s actors in the Mediterranean Basin and West Africa. This programme is an adapted and shorter version of the Academy with a new focus on communication instead of mentoring.

Aimed at supporting leadership development through leading self, navigating complex systems and communicating effectively, this 6-month French-speaking programme is managed by Common Purpose, an organisation recognised for its strong expertise and credibility in leadership development. Since 2018, MAVA has had the pleasure to collaborate with Common Purpose and Mowgli Mentoring on the renowned MAVA Leaders for Nature Academy.

The MAVA Leaders for Nature Programme is intended for French-speaking professionals from MAVA’s direct and indirect partner organisations in the Mediterranean Basin (outside the European Union) and West Africa.

MAVA is seeking highly motivated individuals who show commitment to bring about positive change, and who can demonstrate their leadership potential and/or capability.

More information on eligibility criteria, programme location and dates, content and costs can be found on the Common Purpose webpage here.
